Dates Flour Pancakes

Ingredients:

– 1 cup date flour

– 1 ripe banana (mashed)

– 1 egg (or flax egg)

– ½ cup almond milk

– 1 tsp baking powder

– Pinch of cinnamon

Instructions:

1. Whisk all ingredients until smooth.

2. Cook on a greased skillet over medium heat until bubbles form. Flip and cook 1–2 mins.

Smart Tip:

Top with date sugar caramel (melt 2 tbsp date sugar with 1 tbsp butter).
