The Gate began with an interest in smart and functional food, organising specialist conferences and exhibitions. As its expertise developed, the company moved into turning knowledge into tangible products under Smart Food®.
We chose dates for their versatility as an ingredient. Today, our work spans product development and manufacturing, local supply, export, consulting and research and commercial partnerships.
